Penghantaran produk SawdaOnline ke seluruh Malaysia melalui SawdaOnline Agen (SOA). Kami juga menyediakan khidmat Kangaroo Worldwide Express dan Pos Laju untuk kawasan yang tiada Agen SawdaOnline seluruh Malaysia. Penghantaran segera dan PERCUMA melaui SawdaOnline Agen (SOA) tetapi melalui khidmat penghantaran Kangaroo Worldwide atau Pos Laju mengambil masa 2-3 hari bekerja. Walau bagaimanapun bagi negeri Sabah dan Sarawak yang masih belum ada SawdaOnline Agen (SOA), masa penghantaran mungkin mengambil masa 5 hari bekerja. Berikut adalah talian yang boleh dihubungi untuk memastikan penghantaran.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
If you purchased a product from our web site and it is defective, you may exchange any defective item for the same item by simply returning the item along with a note stating that it is defective. We provides 30 days limited warranty from the date of purchase. Returns for refund or exchange that do not include a receipt, will not be processed.
For any F&B products and software sold once opened it cannot be returned or refund.
Please also include a note with your return stating why you wish to return the product.
The Warranty does NOT cover damages caused by any of these :
(a) Use other than in accordance to instructions;
(b) Any alteration or modification of the product.
Shipping charges are not refundable for any reason.
